Poor Customer Service

Looks lovely... Customer service sucks. Difficult to understand English. Not delivered on time, ordered a replacement which ALSO was NOT delivered. Refunded, but birthday is ruined. Damage done. DO NOT CALL. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. DISGUSTING. SHAMEFUL.

Misleading Military Discount

Don't bother using them! I was trying to order a fruit arrangement, and it was supposed to have free shipping for the Military, but I was going to be charged $14.99 when the store they use is a half mile down the street! Crazy!

Be careful with FruitBouquets.com

Be careful with FruitBouquets.com. It's a fraud! They don’t deliver your order, and then customer service is overseas where they don’t understand English. After multiple attempts to find where my Valentine's order 'was delivered,' they claimed to send another one the next day, late on Valentine’s Day. Not my first problem with this company, but it will be my last.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed that the fruit bouquet we ordered to celebrate a birthday wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to be! It would have been sweet if it was delivered successfully or if customer service was more helpful.

Fruitbouquets.com just tried to scam me

Fruitbouquets.com just tried to scam me. Someone hacked my Sheri's Berries account and tried to send berries as well as start a new Passport account in my name for $29.99. When I tried to cancel the account they told me there is no process in place to do that. Fortuntely Navy Fed has frozen the card and all attempted charges will be declined. IF YOU ARE USING 1-800 FLOWERS, SHERI'S BERRIES AND MAY OTHER ASSOCIATED ACCOUNTS - BE AWARE!!!!!

FruitBouquets.com BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! Very deceptive practices…charged an UP-Charge when paid for a shipping membership for a year. When selecting a date from the calendar there was ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION that there would be ANY UPCHARGE for delivery—all dates indicated by same color and choose option. Chose a Tuesday that was 2 ½ weeks out from the order date. Called to inquiry why a $12.99 delivery fee when I was a Passport Member. Told that since it was a rush delivery there was an $12.99 Up-Charge to expedite. 17 days out is a RUSH DELIVERY! It is fruit, 17 days would be molded….So next response was, well you picked a Tuesday! That is $12.99---well no days were specified any differently. If that wasn’t bad enough, not only was there a $12.99 Up-Charge, but they billed it twice to my credit card AND to top it off, the two different charges were form two of their other companies---so who is delivering my order I asked….”oh, well you have to call, 1-800-….. Passport Savings for SHIPPING – what a scam! By from Edible Arrangements, ALL FEES ARE CLEARLY STATED. Paying for Shipping membership only cost me MORE! Ridiculous! & DISHONEST!
