Ordered this cool scorpion belt buckle, but what do I get? A chopper design – not even close to what I wanted. Now they're telling me to ship it back to China on my dime or just take a lame 30% refund. Total bait and switch! This is straight-up fraud, y'all. Don't even think about ordering from them!

Do not order from IH. Poor quality item shipping from China and do not allow cancellation and no return. No customer service at all. 2 wks after ordering the wireless earbuds and still have not received the item, I reached out to IH Cust Service and was told the item is on backorder and will take another 10 days to ship. I requested to cancel since not yet shipped but was asked to WAIT. I sent in my 2nd request to cancel but received a shipping notification 2 days later. The item arrived in 10 days, which was now a full month from the date of order. The quality of the unit is inferior in both sound quality and built. I immediately sent in a return request. IH replied that due to Covid, they can only offer a 30% refund. I filed a dispute, IH responded again due to Covid, they can only offer a 50% refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered this little thing and they hit my card twice for way more than it’s worth. And guess what? Never even got it. I'm calling my bank first thing tomorrow. Thanks for the warning about them, seriously saved me more headaches!

Talk about cheap imports! Dropped almost 50 bucks plus shipping on what I thought was a woodworker's square, and what do I get? Some flimsy plastic thing that looks like it came from a dollar store. Tried to get a refund, but nope, they hit me with the 'covid restrictions' excuse and won’t take it back. Ended up with just a 50% refund. This trashy tool’s going straight to the garbage can.

SCAMMERS !!! I ordered the Magic Smile Teeth Brace. Bad product quality with no directions included in the package. This company refused to return my email or answer my calls. Will report to my Credit Card bank and also the US Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully they will investigate, fine, and incarcerate.

Bought a couple of items from them on August 16. After a week or so i got a tracking number. Tracked it from China till it arrived in the US on the 26th of August. By this time i had reached out to them to find out when I'm getting my package, and they said "give it another week". Waited another week and nothing. E-mailed them again, and they said wait one more week. Last tracking info i got was for Sept. 3rd. Reached out to them again on Dec. 5th, only this time no reply. It is now 12/16/22 and i haven't heard from them or received my items, or a refund. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They totally SUCK.

Bought the Abominable Snowman Tree Topper. Was supposed to come Dec 19-20. Got it Jan 6. Not white, but grey. The pictures give the impression that it's poseable. It is not. Not worth the money. Made in China. The package said "Damn Snowman, Orangutan" LOL...that would be a more accurate description.

Totally fell for the Sink Stopper scam from Inspired Household. It's way too big for most sinks. Shot an email to their customer service and... crickets. No response. Stay away from Inspired Household, guys! Learned my lesson the hard way on this one.

Never, ever deal with this company. I didn't receive my order and when I called them, I was told to buy $100 in gift cards and give them the numbers so they could validate my order. When I refused they wanted to connect to my computer. These slimeballs are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Inspired can improve by being responsive to their customers. A tracking number was provided, but it is an invalid number for all of the major carriers. Inspired Household provided a link to a third party tracking app. What a waste. Another out of country scam.

My wife ordered from this sorry excuse for a company on October 6th. Fast forward to October 26th, and we're still waiting on the product. And don't even think about calling them – they don't give out any phone number to reach a real person. They claim the product's been stuck in Atlanta since October 19th – yeah, right! When I finally emailed them, they hit me with the COVID-19 delay excuse. Come on, even Amazon doesn't pull that; they deliver on time! We won't be ordering from them again – not even if it snows at the equator. Buyers, you've been warned!
