DO NOT ORDER FROM KENDALLY BRAS. Their ads are misleading, offering "SUPER SUPPORTIVE COMFORTABLE BRAS" that turn out to be the WORST BRA I EVER BOUGHT. Cheaply made, zero support, and the pads inside are non-removable. Customer service is a joke – they refused returns and offered only 10% refund. Calling my credit card company to expose this scam. Save your money, folks!

I placed my order in September to try these bras out. Well of course they are cheap and in no way fit. I finally got the bras after sending nasty email and they are claiming that the order came in on November 8th and they won't let you return them and keep your money. I am going to my bank to dispute. I have my email from originally when posted my order.

This was awful..what i ordered and received was nothing more than Pantyhose shaped into a Bra..Absolutely NO support and when I contacted customer service I received a very similar rude message stating that I should have checked reviews..They also only offered a 10% refund..DO NOT PURCHASE..ITS A SCAM.

I totally DISAGREE with the comments listed here. I received my 3 bras in one package in a timely manner. No issues. I ordered my bras according to their size charts. Fits PERFECTLY The bras themselves are perfect. No issues. Very soft and SO comfortable! I'm so glad I ordered three! They perform as promised. I am 67 with breasts that are fuller on the bottom. These bras hold my breasts up and pulled in as shown. EXACTLY as expected and hoped for!

don't fit correctly
I got mine today but they don't fit correctly and have padding all bunched up. I did receive them though. I'll give mine to a smaller chested friend after cutting out the padding and sewing the holes

This company is a complete scam. It took weeks for me to receive the bras. I ordered them because I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a partial mastectomy. They looked like they would be comfortable and supportive to wear after my surgery. I got them two days before my surgery. They were so cheaply made, no support at all. I tried to contact the company right away to ask for a refund. It took a couple of weeks to hear back, and they said they would give me 10% back! I said no, I expected a full refund. They counteroffered with 50% back, and I could donate the bras to Goodwill. If I sent them back in the original packaging at my expense to the country of origin (Korea, I think), with a tracking number, they would issue a full refund upon receiving. After surgery, I didn’t feel like going anywhere and doing anything, so I agreed to just taking the 50% refund. Now, after 2 more months of back-and-forth emails, they just told me they can’t issue a refund but I am welcome to a “gift” with stipulations!! They can take their gift and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. Do not buy from this company. The bras are cheap, and there is no customer service help whatsoever. Save your money and yourself a big headache.

Use PayPal to pay. I had the same thing happen to me. They sent a Bogus tracking number after complaining they shipped the wrong size product. Now they won't honor their return policy. I will never order from a Facebook online company.

Received mine today, and the size is completely off. The pads are all bunched up, and the straps underneath refuse to lay flat, twisting awkwardly beneath the bust. To make matters worse, there's no option to return these ill-fitting and poorly made bras. Extremely disappointed with the purchase.
